CARIBBEAN YOGO SURF DIP
Ingredients
1cup yogurt (regular or coconut milk)
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of half a lime
Directions
Stir or whisk together the yogurt, MVL, lime zest, and lime juice. Prep fruit like kiwi, berries, apples, and/or pears on a plate. Serve with yogurt in a dipping bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the fruit.
